I got my Kaizen Smiles retainers when I lost my last pair of clear retainers when traveling because I left them by the sink and the maid thought it was trash and threw it away… I was frantically looking for a fast solution since I felt like my teeth were shifting fast and I did NOT want to go through the 6 month process to get the realigned again. I lucked out and found Kaizen Smiles which was referred to my from my local dentist and I asked them to make me new retainers but didn’t have my Smile Direct Club scans so they directed me to their local scan partner who was able to make me new scans and I got my retainers made and sent to me expedited within a week! I got Hawleys and clear ones in case something like this happened again but now I feel confident that I have a retainer supplier for life 😎
